To Build a Feature List for the Command Manager

Expand the User Interface node.
Right-click on Command Manager and choose Add Command Manager List.
To include the word Place or Promote in the label, turn on Include Method Name in Labels. Otherwise, turn that option off and click OK.
Save the changes to the schema file.
